Shipping policy

Glassola Tools packs and ships each order individually. We minimize shipping costs by using as little packaging as possible, while ensuring that products are shipped safely with no risk of damage.

Glassola Tools uses recyclable packaging as much as possible in all our shipments. Over 98% of our shipping materials are recyclable cardboard.

We ship all orders using Canada Post, with tracking enabled. When your order ships, you will receive an email providing the tracking information. If you do not receive this email, or if you need more information, contact us any time at info@glassolatools.com.

Unfortunately, orders are occasionally (and rarely) delayed when entering the USA for customs clearance. When this occurs, shipments may be later than expected.
