Shipping

Glassola Tools ships anywhere in the world. The shipping you choose when ordering is the shipping you'll pay - no extra packaging, handling, or other hidden charges.

We ship primarily using Canada Post, using tracked shipping. Other shipment options are available - simply select the option that works best for you when ordering.

For orders in the USA, to comply with the emerging shipping and import tax requirements, we ship through a third party shipper. To cover the cost of shipping as well as customs brokerage fees, we provide shipping to the USA at a flat rate of $14USD.

Orders in Canada and the USA ship for free over $100, before taxes and after discounts.

Products are typically shipped within three business days of receiving your order. When the product is shipped, you'll receive an email with all the tracking information. Please let us know if you have any issues when tracking or receiving your order, and we'll do everything we can to sort it out.

We are located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We are happy to deliver locally or make other arrangements. Unfortunately we do not have a retail location at this time, and cannot provide in-person pickups at our facility.
